Industry Tracks: The Green Finance will begin at 13:00 BST

With growing competition to lead sustainable and green finance, will the myriad of new investments, finance, and capital tools announced by Treasury support this ambition and ensure the UK leads the global green economy? From the new UK Infrastructure Bank to updating the BoE mandate and issuing the ‘world first’ sovereign green bond, both the Prime Minister’s 10-Point Plan and the Treasury seem to recognise the role of financial institutions, both public and private, in steering the country towards a green recovery and to prioritise green growth.
