Information
The much-anticipated Dasgupta Report was published in February this year assessing the fundamental economics of biodiversity in Britain. Hailed as the UK’s ‘most important asset’, it concluded: we have wildly mismanaged our biodiversity portfolio, exceeding nature’s capacity to supply the supporting services needed for our economies to thrive.
The Nature Track explores ways in which we can rebalance the books between ecology and the economy, identifying nature-based recovery pathways that will boost biodiversity, create green jobs, educate future generations, and inject the green recovery efforts with natural stimulus.
