LFDE’s European Positive Impact strategy invests in European equities of all styles and all capitalisations. Its bottom-up approach is based on an active management style without reference to a benchmark (stock-picking). The companies are selected for their good governance, high-quality social and environmental policies, and direct contribution to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Furthermore, the strategy applies an exclusion policy to the following sectors: tobacco, alcohol, weapons, fossil fuels, GMO, gambling, pornography, and recreational cannabis. The strategy also excludes companies who violated the Global Compact principles.
