Information
Treedom is the only website in the world that allows individuals and companies to plant trees remotely and follow their stories online. To date, Treedom has planted nearly 1.4 million trees across 17 different countries, in partnership with 82,000 smallholder farmers.
All of our trees are planted in partnership with local NGOs and smallholder farmers, bringing a combination of social benefits (food security, income support, training) as well as environmental benefits (offsetting CO2, combatting soil erosion and deforestation, supporting biodiversity).
Each individual tree is geolocated and photographed, with regular updates posted in an online Diary. Companies can create their own digital “Forests” and gift the trees to customers, clients, employees or stakeholders with just a click - the perfect green gift for Christmas!
