In addition, connecting to Trucknet’s platform includes an

online tool with a methodology for calculating emissions, based on European

Standard EN 16258. This Standard establishes a common methodology for the

calculation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to any transport service.

Trucknet unique emissions calculation tool gives an accurate report on CO2

emissions, by collecting input data from the coordinates of the origin and the

destination of the ride, fuel consumption, the manufacture year of the vehicle

and the weight of the cargo.
