Panel 4: Decarbonising heavy industry: Are we matching ambition with action?

Many nations including the UK have committed to ambitious Industrial Decarbonisation Strategies setting out how they intend to accelerate innovation of low carbon technologies, improve efficiency of industrial processes and decarbonise heavy industry. But has implementation kept up with ambition? With timing critical, are we propelling forwards with the urgency, innovation and commitment needed to hit the fast-approaching targets - whilst faced with an energy crisis and economic uncertainty?
